Define the time, work components, compensation and response deadline.

Send directly, offer to the freelancer pool, or use a Priority Queue.

The freelancer sees the terms, accepts the shift, and the time is reserved automatically.

The confirmed shift becomes work, with the agreed compensation terms preserved.

If enabled by the business, an accepted shift can be reoffered without abandoning responsibility.

Actual time and compensation can be reported and approved after the shift.
